Rob Peabody
Founding Partner
Rob is a founder who knows what it's like to build something from nothing. He co-founded VOMO, a volunteer management platform for nonprofits, and led it until it was bought by Virtuous Software in 2022.
Before OPV, Rob served as Entrepreneur in Residence at Eagle Venture Fund and founded five organizations across the U.S. and U.K. He has also invested in a portfolio of early-stage companies, with a focus on mission-driven innovation and scalable technology. He isn't just an investor; he’s an operator who wants to see every founder he backs reach their full potential.
Keith Brown
Founding Partner
Keith has been building since he was a kid . By the time he was 20, he was running a hundred different websites from his college dorm room. Since then, he has worn every hat—CEO, CRO, COO, and CMO—to help tech companies scale.
Keith was an early employee at Aha!, helping drive the incredible Inc. 5,000 growth that made them the fastest-growing software company in America. He also served as a VP at RealPage during a massive growth period that later led to their $10.2 billion sale to Thoma Bravo.
As an early investor in companies like Tesla and Slack, Keith has a knack for spotting what’s next and the hands-on experience to help founders get there.
